First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bowen Engineering.
Project Manager
The interview process was good. The interviewers were friendly and the interview itself was not difficult. They asked about my experience and background, and they made me feel comfortable by not being intimidating.
- Can you share your experience?
- Tell me about your background.
Admin Assistant
The interview was done via Google Docs. The questions were pretty straightforward, asking about things like my strengths and weaknesses, and I just answered truthfully. It's worth noting they don't do a formal interview, which might feel a bit strange to some.
- Can you give me a copy of your driver's license?
Project Engineer
The interviewer was great and spoke really well of the company and its culture. The whole process felt put together and they got back to me in good time. They were happy to answer all my questions and really paid attention when I answered theirs.
- Tell me about a time you were part of a team and what aspects of that experience you liked.
Co-op Engineer
I went to a career fair and got an interview the very next day. It was pretty chill, standard for an internship. They really wanted me to do a co-op, asking about it in different ways. They also asked about my hobbies, my 5-year plan, if I'd be fine working away from home, which classes I liked, and if I preferred field or office work.
- What are your hobbies?
- What are your aspirations for the next 5 years?
- Would you be comfortable relocating for work?
