The interview process included one round with both the hiring manager and an HR representative. The manager focused on hard skills, while the HR rep inquired about soft skills, career growth prospects, and salary expectations. The interview started with the HR person introducing the manager, the company, and the role. Then, I presented myself, followed by a discussion about my hard and soft skills. There weren't many tricky questions, just the typical ones like asking about strengths and weaknesses.
