First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bournewood Health Systems.
Social Worker
The interview took place on Microsoft Teams and was conducted by an LICSW. The team seemed very passionate and proud of their PHP program. The interviewer asked questions related to organizational skills and relevant work experience.
- Can you tell me about your organizational skills?
Management
So after I applied, the office manager reached out to schedule a phone screen to ask some basic questions and to make sure this role was actually what I was looking for. If that went well, the next step was meeting with the manager, which was about 45 minutes. They asked some good questions. If they liked me after that, I had a second interview with the team.
- Why did you apply for this role, and can you tell me about your experience?
Registered Nurse
Had a phone call with HR. They told me to come in early to fill out paperwork which was pretty much the same as the online form. Then I met with the nurse manager who mostly just talked about the job details, orientation, and stuff like that. It wasn't difficult at all.
- What made you decide to go into psychiatric nursing?
- Can you tell me what you know about our facility?
