The interview process when I went through it in October 2025 involved 4 panel interviews. It started with a recruiter screening, then there were 2 more interviews, and the final stage was a mock call where a sales development rep and 2 sales managers observed with their screens off.

We started with an intro call, then I had two 1:1s with SDR managers, and the final round was a panel interview with two SDR managers and a lead SDR. During the panel, I had to do a mock cold call exercise where they pretended to be a salon and I had to try and get them to book a demo.
