I had an all-day interview process where I met with several people and had lunch with a team member. They really took the time to understand my skills. I thought it was a bit excessive because I spoke with potential co-workers and felt it was time consuming.

I interviewed with the HR Manager, VP, R&D Chemists, QA Manager, and the Pilot Plant Director. It was about a 3-hour meeting in total. I met with everyone individually except for the R&D folks. The interview felt pretty laid-back, and the interviewers seemed to know what they were talking about. It was a nice process overall, and the interviewers really seemed to want to make the right hire for the job.
