First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Boulder Care.
Production Designer
The interview started okay but I felt like I was wasting the interviewer's time because of her reactions. It was discouraging for the rest of the interview and she was dismissive at the end. I wish it could have gone better.
- Why were you interested in this job?
Peer Support Specialist
The interviews were really organized and actually enjoyable. The phone screening with the hiring manager was super nice. We had a good vibe and just a down to earth conversation. The panel interview felt real too, and their answers to my questions were genuine.
- What's the biggest thing you've learned from doing peer work?
Brand Designer
The interviewer was super nice and asked about my interest and past experience. Then they asked some more detailed questions about project management and how to establish a project timeline. After that, I met with the design team I'd be working with. It was a really great experience overall, and the company seems amazing. I ended up taking a different opportunity, though.
- What makes you interested in Boulder care?
- On your team, what number of people do you talk to each day?
- Describe how you would set up a timeline for a project.
Enrollment Specialist
The interviewer was 59 minutes late for my initial phone interview. When they finally called, they said they had called 4 times to my number, which was not true as I was by my phone the whole time and it was on and never rang. Once the interview started, the interviewer didn't seem interested in giving feedback and was not friendly or excited at all. It felt like I was talking to a robot.
- Can you talk about any experience you have with a startup company?
