Applied for a position in the IT department. First call one month after applying. Second interview one month after the first. Then no more response despite follow-up. In summary, a very slow and disrespectful recruitment process for the candidate. Not giving a response, even a negative one, is unacceptable (I am publishing this review after several months).

It was three interviews: two with a store manager and one with the regional manager. It was mostly a discussion about my background, theirs, what I like, who I am, how I see things moving forward, and what I can bring to the table.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • It was more of a discussion, an exchange.

We had a group interview with about 10 people. They showed us a short video about the store. Then, we had to debate some 'wacky' topics like influence and parity. At the end, they asked us what we remembered from the video and for a word to describe the interview.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • What are your opinions regarding influencers?
  • What points did you take away from the initial store presentation video?
  • Please provide a single word that characterizes your experience during the interview?
