Support Functions
Applied for a position in the IT department. First call one month after applying. Second interview one month after the first. Then no more response despite follow-up. In summary, a very slow and disrespectful recruitment process for the candidate. Not giving a response, even a negative one, is unacceptable (I am publishing this review after several months).
- What would your colleagues say about you?
Sales Representative
The interview process starts with some prep work: you'll look into the company, review your resume, and get ready for common questions. When the interview day comes, we'll start with a formal introduction. Then, we'll dive into questions about your skills, your past experiences, and what drives you.
- Can you discuss your past experiences?
- What are your motivations?
Responsable univers
It was three interviews: two with a store manager and one with the regional manager. It was mostly a discussion about my background, theirs, what I like, who I am, how I see things moving forward, and what I can bring to the table.
- It was more of a discussion, an exchange.
Sales Advisor
We had a group interview with about 10 people. They showed us a short video about the store. Then, we had to debate some 'wacky' topics like influence and parity. At the end, they asked us what we remembered from the video and for a word to describe the interview.
- What are your opinions regarding influencers?
- What points did you take away from the initial store presentation video?
- Please provide a single word that characterizes your experience during the interview?
