I applied online for the QA Engineer role for a web platform. The entire process took over 4 weeks. Since I fit two roles, one web and one mobile, they asked me to interview for both. After 6 rounds total (4 technical, 1 with a VP, and 1 with senior HR), they said they'd proceed and I'd get an offer in a week. When I didn't hear back after a week, I called. They told me the mobile role was filled. I mentioned I interviewed for both, and they said since my interest was more in mobile, they'd update me in a month if a spot opened up. It was a total waste of time, and they're still hiring for the same role.

The recruiting staff in Portsmouth was outstanding. Communication was perfect and staff very courteous. Although, I did not get the job, just wanted to let the staff know they were great. I like the interview style of speaking with the entire group at once.

I went for a "QA Manager" role. I talked with the Director of QA and two product managers. These interviews were all quite challenging, and I faced a lot of tough questions, many about my project management skills. One interviewer asked a lot about how I'd figure out the right team size for QA on different projects, which was different from my past jobs where I was just given a team and told to get the testing done right. Another interviewer really dug into my resume, pointing out things they didn't like. It was an interesting job, and I think I would have been great at it.
