The interview process was very laid-back and easy-going. There were plenty of chances to discuss my experience, skills, and even personal stories that relate to the role. I wasn't really prepared for the internship experience since I was a freshman in college. The interview process started with the finance department, then I interviewed with the operations department. I felt pretty lost during the operations interview. Despite that, the interviewers were all really nice, and the facility was great.
