It was a pretty standard interview process. There was 1 phone interview, followed by an online test, and then 1-2 in-person interviews. The online test is usually where most people get stuck. It includes a standard personality test, some general questions about medical benefits, and some basic math questions.

It was a pretty organized interview process, and I felt it was fair overall, thankfully I got the job! They seemed really committed to hiring the best person for the role, not just the most senior or someone they already knew. It was important to them that the position was a good fit for my skills and my life.

I applied online and the very next day, I got a call from HR for a 20-minute phone interview, and I also had to complete an online assessment test. The phone interview was pretty straightforward, and so was the test. After that, I received an email inviting me to interview at their office, where I met with several managers. A few days later, they extended a job offer. I was planning to accept, but there were three conditions I had to meet: (1) a drug test (which was fine), (2) a background check (also fine), and (3) signing an 18-month non-compete agreement. That last part was a deal-breaker for me because I have my own reasons for not signing. It's a shame, but the company seems really well-organized. I was impressed throughout the whole interview process. The managers appeared to be excellent at their jobs. It's a great company.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you tell me how you handle criticism?
  • What would you consider a weakness from your last job?
  • Describe a situation where you had a disagreement with a coworker and explain how you resolved it.
