First there was an in person tour. Then standard background and urine screening. After you get your offer letter. Then orientation is Mondays at edgewater facility. I loved the interview went great. I knew I had the job when I left. Even though he didn’t say so in words.

I had several interviews with interviewers who didn't seem to pay much attention. They only asked questions about my personality and not my skills. After a few interviews, the company and HR just stopped responding, leaving me completely ghosted. It was a total waste of my time and an unacceptable hiring process. I wouldn't recommend them.

First you'll get a call (5 minutes or less), then they send you a set questions and you have 2 days to submit them. After that, a 30 minutes phone interview with the hiring manager is set up. Then you'll be invited in for a plant tour and a set of individual and panel interviews.
