I found the job on BU's website and applied. A staff member called me about a week later for a 1:1 chat, and later that same day, I had another 1:1 with a different staff member. The following week, I had a panel interview with two staff members and my potential boss. About a week after that, HR called me in for what they called an interview, but it turned into 15 minutes of casual chat before they offered me the job.

It was a very laid back and pleasant experience. The hiring manager called me directly instead of HR. I went through three rounds of interviews. One of them was a panel interview with about six people that I would be working with closely. The questions were mostly about my past experience and what I would contribute to the role. Overall, the people were great.
