Technical Coding

The interview process is pretty simple. They'll ask you about basic concepts and some technical details. There might be a coding round to check your practical skills and how you solve problems. It's a pretty thorough way they evaluate candidates.

The interview process starts with an aptitude round that's medium level, followed by an easy coding round. Then, there's a second round which is technical and was awesome. The third round is with HR. If you have some problem-solving skills, even as a fresher, you can easily crack the interview, so please be confident while answering. That's what the interviewer looks for! And all the best to whoever is looking at this review.

I was called by HR for a face-to-face interview at their office, which was quite far away in Bangalore. They didn't offer a phone interview, even when asked. After I confirmed my attendance, HR called daily to remind me and check if I was still coming. The company seemed small, and the interviewer was arrogant and unclear about what they needed. It's a service-based company, so they expect a typical service-based process. I was disappointed after visiting.

The recruiters were kind enough to schedule interviews as per my availability. There were multiple rounds of interviews with Senior management and they also provided me a brief about their visions and the focus areas for the company.
