It took 1.5 months+ to get through the 3 rounds, which included case interviews and take-home components. The interviewers were helpful and guided me. The questions were straightforward but probed deeply into my experiences, interests, skill sets, and understanding of the subject matter.

The interview took place at the President's residence, which was unusual since everyone at the company works remotely. The interviewer asked very specific questions about the website's content, wanting exact answers. There were no typical case study questions. He also asked personal and somewhat intrusive questions about my undergraduate and graduate school applications, even asking about schools that rejected me years ago. When I tried to ask two questions at the beginning, he insisted I save them all for the end. It felt more like an interrogation than an interview, and I felt demeaned. I decided not to move forward with BSP because it didn't seem like a good place to work.

The interview experience was great. Interviewers were respectful and interested in my background. It lasted a month and had four video call rounds. They asked detailed questions about my knowledge and interest in the company. The first round was a screening where I discussed my resume and answered behavioral questions. The second round involved specific questions about my experience and a short case study, plus a homework case I could do on my own time with flexible deadlines and question opportunities. The third round was similar, with another, more quantitative case study homework. The final round was a casual chat with the president/founder about my future plans and how the company operates. I got feedback within 24 hours for all rounds and an offer the same day as the last round. The case studies were challenging but offered good learning as they're based on real projects.
