& Process

I sent in my application online with my resume, cover letter, and some recommendation letters. Then, I got an email, and set up a phone chat with the recruiter. After that, I had another interview with some of the offices I liked. I went to the main office for an in-person interview, where I was part of a panel and also had four one-on-one meetings. Then I visited the offices I was interested in to talk to their supervisors. A few days later, the recruiter reached out again, and I got the job offer. This all happened between November and December 2014, and I'm set to start in January 2015.

I got contacted by the company a few weeks after applying online. I set up a phone interview with the HR manager. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview at their Boston office where I met with the HR manager and the hiring manager. I was told there would be another round if I was selected to move forward. The interview was pretty short and to the point because of the interviewers' busy schedules, but they were both fair and nice. A few days later, I got an email saying I didn't get the job.

I applied for this role about 3 months ago. After about 4 weeks, I got a call for a phone interview. Then I went through an HR interview, two interviews with people from other departments, an interview with my direct manager, and finally an interview with an executive. The whole process from applying online to getting the offer took a little over 3 months.

I applied online and included my resume and cover letter. About two days later, I got a phone call and went through the interview process. A few days after that, I got another phone call offering me the job. They also went over the benefits and salary during that call.
