First I got a phone call and then they scheduled me to come in for an in person meeting. They asked me about my past experience and whether I work well with others. The GM said they thought I was a good candidate and would probably get an offer, but then they never contacted me again.
- Can you tell me about your years of experience in serving?
- Do you consider yourself a team player?

The interview was in person. They asked me about my past experience serving customers and managing orders. The interviewer was very professional and welcoming. They posed scenario questions about dealing with difficult customers and how I'd approach those situations. I was also asked to talk about my organizational skills and how I handle long hours and being on my feet for a long time without getting a break.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with an unhappy customer. What was the issue, and how did you address their concerns?
