They were super direct and clear about what's needed to do well here. I found it pretty easy because the job description was a really good fit for me. The team was really friendly, which I think says a lot about the company culture.

It was a quick interview process. First, there was a phone screening, and then I was brought in for an in-person interview. The HR representative and hiring manager were professional and friendly. They made me feel at ease and comfortable during my interview.

Started with a HR chat, then a quick math and communication test (word problems and a sample customer service letter). Right after, I met the hiring manager for a pretty standard interview, but they had a lot of scenario questions.

I applied online and had an initial chat with HR, followed by a meeting with the internal audit team. Then I had a second round with the CFO. Everyone was nice and polite. The questions were more about personality and fit than technical stuff. I got good feedback for asking questions and explaining my motivation for the role (seeking more challenging audit work and better work/life balance and benefits). I didn't take the job in the end, but I had a good vibe about the company. It seems like bonuses, benefits, and other perks are a big draw for employees.
