It started with a quick chat with HR over the phone. Then, I had an interview with two managers who oversee pharmacy operations. About a week or so later, HR got in touch with an offer. The whole thing took around 2 to 3 weeks.

I applied online and got a call back about a week later. We played phone tag for a few days before we could connect. I finally scheduled an interview. It was a panel interview with four people on one side and me on the other. They took turns asking me questions. They were really nice and asked good, straightforward questions.

So the interview process here had a former tech supervisor named Tonya, who was pretty tough but knew her stuff. The interview itself was about 30 minutes, went by pretty quick. Now there are two new supervisors, they're kinda young and not super experienced.
