The interview was a bit tough, mostly because they want you to share your life story right away. Everyone was really nice, but they asked some of the same questions even after I'd already answered them, which was confusing and made it hard to keep the conversation flowing naturally. I felt a bit thrown off a few times because I had to think of a different answer to give. It was also pretty unprofessional to not give updates on the job status. After waiting 8 days with no word, I emailed them to check in, as they suggested during the interview, but still no reply almost a week later.

The phone screen was pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary with the questions. I felt like the interviewer, who would be my direct supervisor, and I had a good connection. They said I'd hear back soon about the next steps. It's been over two months since that phone screen, and I still haven't heard anything back, even after emailing them twice asking for an update. While the organization has a great mission and their passion is evident, their inability to even send a rejection email is a major red flag and really unprofessional.

I did two phone interviews with them last year, an additional in person one, and at that we said we would email scheduling a new one. They never did that, they never sent me any rejection notice, when I reached out to check up, they did not answer. At that point in the interview process I feel like the respectful thing to do is to say something. I’d rather hear a no than get shut out, it’s rude

A HR manager reached out to me within a week or two of applying for the job. I was able to schedule an interview a week after that. The staff were very friendly, and the environment was very laid back. You don't need to dress up; business casual is the most you'd need, though nice jeans would've been fine too. The longest part of onboarding was the orientation process.
