It was a pretty thorough interview process. We had two rounds, and both were virtual since it was during the pandemic.

Before actually talking to anyone, there were a few emails exchanged. It was a positive experience overall, and the interview process was relaxed. I felt very welcomed, like talking to an old friend. Some formal questions about my experience were asked, and then the conversation guided the rest of the interview. I was most concerned about the consistency of hours, and the director really helped me understand how the center works and that I would be full time with steady reliable hours.
