I had a positive first HR interview, and they confirmed I was moving to the next step. Unfortunately, despite reaching out several times, I never got any feedback. I'm quite disappointed because I was really interested in the opportunity, and I believe clear communication is really important. As a candidate, I take the time to prepare and make myself available, so I feel like the respect should go both ways. An answer, even a no, is always part of a respectful and professional process.

The hiring journey involved a few conversations. It started with a chat with Talent Acquisition, then I spoke with the person who's the main owner of the job, and to wrap it up, there was this panel thing with some of the higher-ups at their main office in France.

So, it was like a 4-step thing. First, a quick call with a Human Resources assistant, she threw some random questions about my past work, what I'm looking for, and then we set up a time to meet the HR chief in person. Next up was a face-to-face chat where we talked about actual tasks from my old jobs and why I'd be a good fit. Then, I had a video call with the HR Manager, who basically asked the same stuff but was a bit more intense with her questions. The last interview was with the plant manager, and we covered things like how I handle processes, teamwork, and if I'm up for traveling.

Behavioral Technical

I had a recruiter call where they asked me some behavioral questions and about my salary expectations. The hiring manager then called me for a phone interview that lasted about an hour. About two weeks later, I came in for a panel interview and a tour. It was a positive experience overall, though I didn't get an offer. They did provide lunch.

They might ask something like "Will you accept a 3 year bond right now?!" even if the company doesn't usually have one! They do this to check how you handle pressure, so just say what you feel like, it's not a big deal.
