Fleet Trainee
I applied online and about a week later, I got a call for an initial screening. After I passed the online assessment, I had a technical interview with the recruiter. The whole process took about a month.

Loading Supervisor
The interview starts with an introduction to the company, followed by a discussion of the job description and your introduction. Then, an interviewer will quiz you, leading to a conclusion and discussion. Generally, this is a site supervisor role focused on managing local subcontractors. It's beneficial to have strong knowledge of lifting operations and a solid understanding of HSEQ concepts.

Trainee
The interview process involved a 1-hour technical interview with a team composed of one HR representative and one technical interviewer. This was a standard interview for this kind of position. They asked typical questions about tough situations encountered during university and your approach to teamwork.
