I had a recruiter call, then a director call, followed by two technical interviews, a presentation, and then 4 behavioral interviews. It was about 4 hours total. The questions covered standard UX research skills and behavioral topics. The interviewers were really nice and clear about what they were looking for.

The whole process took 3 rounds. The first round was a 30-minute call with talent acquisition, who had forgotten to let me know the time, so it was a surprise call one morning. The second round was a 30-minute interview with my potential manager. The third round was a 60-minute presentation followed by four 30-minute interviews with different people. The presentation involved a 6-person panel. I also interviewed with two research team members, a software developer, someone from marketing, and an engineer from R&D. The interviews ran over the scheduled time, but I felt I had a good connection with everyone. Sadly, they told me two weeks later that they had already extended an offer to someone else.

Behavioral Presentation

The whole process took less than 3 weeks. It started with a phone screening with the recruiter, followed by a phone screening with the hiring manager. The final stage was an onsite interview from 9 am to 4 pm, which included an hour-long presentation and then several 1:1 or 1:2 interviews. It seemed like some interviewers didn't review my CV beforehand, and many questions were repeated throughout the interviews.
