Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bose.
Intern
The interview was for a supply chain internship. The interviewer was quite pleasant. It seems like internship interviews are somewhat of an afterthought, possibly pushed by corporate development.
- Can you share a bit about your background?
- What do you consider to be your key strengths and areas for development?
- What motivated you to apply for this supply chain internship?
Intern
Bose HR reached out to my school about candidates with my background, which was helpful. I got in touch with a recruiter and we set up a phone interview soon after. An HR person interviewed me first, and then I spoke with someone in my field. I heard back within two weeks after that.
- Can you describe how you'd approach designing research for a specific situation?
Intern
I had two rounds for the internship interviews, and it went pretty well. The first interview lasted for about 1.5 hours. The interviewer asked about my past experience and how I'd handle difficult projects. I found out the results about two weeks later.
- Can you tell me about your past experiences?
- How do you approach a challenging project?
