We had two rounds for the interview. The first was with the main team manager, and the second round was with team leaders from the teams I might join. Both interviews were about an hour each and included behavioral and technical questions over Teams.

I applied online and then talked to HR first for some behavior questions. Then I had a phone interview with a senior engineer where we discussed embedded concepts like ISR, memory, C/C++, and OOD. The next day, I was invited for an onsite which was quite long, from 9:30 am to 4 pm, and I met with 7 people. It started with HR again, asking all the usual behavior questions. Then I met a software engineer who asked about data structures, algorithms, Java, and C++. After that, I spoke with another embedded engineer about ISR and multithreading. Post-lunch, an embedded engineer asked about digital circuits and C/C++ memory allocation. Finally, two senior engineers asked some deep questions about function pointers, OOD in embedded systems, and why malloc is not ideal.

I had an initial screen call, then a call with a manager, after which there was a technical coding round. This was followed by a full-day interview which had a mix of technical and personal questions. It was pretty low stress and easy overall, everyone was very nice. I got an offer shortly after, but declined it because the compensation wasn't competitive.
