The interview process involved competency-based questions, where I was asked to describe situations and provide examples of my past actions. I discussed my experience and career path. However, by the end of the interview, they realized they were seeking a candidate with department store experience, and my background is exclusively in eCommerce, suggesting I wasn't the right fit. It's unclear why this wasn't apparent from my CV or LinkedIn profile, but it did serve as good interview practice for me.

Had an online interview with a few people. The screening involved C interview questions, like implementing atoi and other LeetCode bit/string manipulation problems. The interviewers were helpful in guiding me through the process. The atmosphere was really positive throughout.

Got an HR screen, and then an optional recruiter call - definitely take it! They were super nice and responded fast. It wasn't a culture fit thing though. Bose is kinda like a startup with how it's organized and how they do KPIs.
