Technical Behavioral

The interview process for the Software Engineer position was really bad. The manager who interviewed me asked a lot of pointless questions and even put down my previous work, claiming I was inexperienced even though I had worked for well-known companies. Even though it was for a Software Engineer job, the technical part was only about testing. To top it off, the manager said I wasn't a good fit for a Software Engineer but could do QA, which I've never done and don't want to do. I thought the manager was kind of pathetic, and the technical interviewer was making faces when I answered, which was unprofessional. It felt like they wanted to hire a Software Engineer to do QA tasks for much less pay. Hope this helps anyone considering this bad and failing company.
