The whole interview process was good. The person interviewing me was nice and seemed chill. The questions they asked were related to the job posting. I got invited to this interview because of how I did on a prior test.

So MAU, this third party, they call you first for like a quick screening within 3 days. Then the next week, I had this virtual interview on a Tuesday with the hiring manager, it was pretty chill. After that, I got set up for an onsite interview for Thursday. It was like 3 and a half hours long. First, I met with another quality manager and a coworker, then the HR and hiring manager joined in for the second hour. We talked about my experience, some personality stuff, and how I'd deal with different situations. After about 2.5 hours, it was getting late, like 6:30 PM, and the hiring manager asked if I still wanted to see the plant. I said yes, and he seemed super pumped about the job and me potentially working there. The interview wrapped up after 3.5 hours, and they said I'd hear back next week. I felt really good about it, like we clicked, and I thought it was a great fit. I was pretty sure I had the job because I'm super qualified and live close by. The next week, the MAU HR person contacted me, saying she was waiting for feedback and would let me know ASAP. A week later, I followed up via email asking for feedback. The MAU girl was out of office, and I didn't have any of the Bosch people's contacts. Another week passed, and I found the hiring manager on LinkedIn and sent him a nice message thanking him and asking for feedback. No reply. Three weeks later, another MAU HR person reached out about a different job. I asked about the first one, and he said MAU had requested info in the portal 3 weeks before but never got anything. I emailed the first girl again, no response, but she marked the job posting as inactive and my application wasn't selected. Not sure if they hired someone else or just closed it, but I never heard back in 3 weeks and nobody answered my emails. Really bummed out.

after walking in the facility, I met with HR and they asked some general questions, then the hiring manager asked about my working experience and some questions like why is Bosch, it was really nothing difficult.
