The process was really confusing. First, we had a group activity with over 200 people to learn about the company culture. We were told there would be an HR interview after, but they never clarified how the selection would work, and I never heard back. It's a shame because I always heard great things about the company and wanted to work there, but with these processes, it's hard not to get discouraged.
