Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bosch.
Senior Analyst
Had a recruiter call, then an online interview with the head of the area. They forgot to give me feedback on the selection process, and I only received a message 4 months later after I chased the recruiter. I think it's totally disrespectful to the candidate to do something like that. Besides not giving any useful feedback, just a WhatsApp message, to not make it worse than forgetting to give feedback within 5 days and having to be chased almost 5 months after the process started.
- What experience do you have with new businesses and partner development?
Analyst
They treat you really well and make you believe they'll call you back, but then they just disappear without a word. I'm not expecting super constructive feedback, a simple 'We've decided to move forward with another candidate' would suffice. They don't even have the decency to reply even when you ask about the process's progress.
- Tell me about your previous experiences
- Tell me about your studies
- Classic questions like tell me about yourself
Analyst
It was excellent! They tried to do a group dynamic simulating the area I would work in. Even though I didn't get the job, I thought the approach was good. The initial questions were easy, but the technical part really challenged the candidates. In the end, there was an evaluation with the area manager.
- What problem do you intend to solve here?
