The interview was about 30 minutes long. It started with a quick welcome and an intro to the company and team. Then, I was asked to present my background, relevant projects, and why I'm interested in the UX Intern role. After that, the interviewers asked specific questions about my experience with User Experience, Design Thinking, and digital tools. I then got info about the tasks, how they work, and what's expected during the internship. Finally, I had the chance to ask my own questions and got some organizational info about the next steps.

So for this role in Palo Alto, I had a phone interview that lasted about an hour. They asked me the typical questions about my background and how I work with a team, and then we got into some specifics about the battery tech they need. After that, they flew me out for an onsite. I met the team, gave a 40-minute presentation about my research, and then had a technical interview, followed by an HR chat in the afternoon. They took the team out to lunch, and the whole experience was pretty nice.

After passing the online test, there was an assessment center which included another online test on math/technical or physics understanding, a group task about founding a startup (with a guide provided), and a 5-minute self-presentation. Then, there was another interview with future mentors at the practical site, with typical questions asked.

I applied online to Bosch Security Systems and about 2 weeks later got an email asking for a phone interview. A week after that, I had the interview with the hiring manager and someone from HR. It was a nice chat - no panic questions or anything. They checked my technical knowledge. Otherwise, the atmosphere was relaxed.
