After an initial CV review, I was contacted for an interview. There was a significant delay of 7 weeks before an interview date was scheduled. The interview itself lasted about an hour and involved the HR manager, the Europe General Manager, and the Design Engineering Manager. It was primarily technical, with the General Manager discussing the company's plans to expand the Katowice team by about 40 people. I was told to expect feedback within one to two weeks. The feedback eventually came after three weeks, informing me that the position had been closed, despite the earlier mention of team expansion.

I had a phone screen that went very well and HR said I was moving on. But after a week of no word, they told me they weren't interested, even though I never actually got interviewed. It felt like they didn't value my time at all.

They call you to confirm your CV and do a phone interview, then they schedule an in-person interview with a panel of managers. During this interview, they ask different questions about your work development, technical aspects, standards, client requirements, quality management administration, and applications for achieving objectives. They also ask about applying courses to problem-solving activities.

The hiring process took 2 months, and during that time communication was low. There was a point where I thought they had forgotten about me as a candidate. The interview with the managers was good and lasted for 1 hour.
