First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Borrego Health.
Risk Management Specialist
It was a pretty chill interview, more like a chat. They asked some basic stuff, nothing too difficult. It's a good idea to look up the company beforehand because they might ask you about it. This could be a good spot to start your career, but maybe not the best place to grow it long-term.
- Can you tell me how you found out about Borrego Health and what information you have about the company?
Interpreter
It was my second really good and fair interview with the Borrego staff. I was very excited about it and I, in turn, did my best to answer all the questions directed to me. I am very interested to have the opportunity to be accepted into the Borrego staff. I hope to work with them as a team, thank you.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- What skills do you possess?
- What is your education level?
Community Health Worker
We had a group interview that was about an hour long with the Regional Coordinator and Site Coordinator. It was more of a casual chat to get to know each other, but they did ask why I wanted to work there.
- Can you share a time you had to work under pressure?
- What is your motivation for wanting to work with Borrego Health?
