It was brief but the talent acquisitioner was friendly and concise. More of an informative interview and is not a rigorous process but still come prepared for any questions and do your research before hand.

I applied and got a call back for an interview pretty quickly, like 15 minutes later. They had me do an online assessment that was call center based. I wasn't super confident about the first part of the test, but I definitely aced the second and third parts. The assessment included a basic spelling test, a navigational test on the computer, and then a simulated customer call. Don't worry, it's not too difficult. The interviewer, Carmen, explained the training details and available schedules. He didn't ask me any traditional interview questions. It's a call center environment. He then had me shadow a current rep during a call, and after that, my interview was concluded. Two days later, I received a rejection. I'm puzzled because I have 10 years of customer experience and 7 years of phone experience, presented myself well, dressed appropriately, and seem to be within the right age range. I later spoke to a former employee who mentioned that the hiring process can be subjective and that there have been issues with discrimination in that department. Overall, it seemed like a good experience and a potentially great job. The interview process could be improved, especially given the company's reputation.

After they looked at my resume and cover letter, I got a surprise phone call from an HR person. They started asking me questions right away and it went on for about 45 minutes. I didn't get a heads-up to prep, and we went through a lot of 'tell me about a time' type questions. When we finished, they said I'd hear back either way, but I never heard anything else.

The interview process was really chill and straightforward. I chatted with the manager in their office about how things generally run in the department. Most of the talk was casual, with a few typical interview questions thrown in. I got a tour of the place and they asked if I had any questions. It wasn't a tough or stressful interview, pretty easy to get ready for.
