My application was processed quickly and I got an interview soon after. The interview was held at their office. I met one person in person, and two other people joined the meeting remotely. It was a good experience, and everyone I met was very friendly. They asked some good questions that I felt pretty ready for. It wasn't the hardest interview I've had, but I was a little nervous because I hadn't been interviewed by more than one person before.

First went through a phone interview, then was contacted for a follow up in person interview, I felt that it went well and was told I would hear back the next week. It ended up taking several weeks to hear back with a canned statement saying the position was filled. That was fine, but it would be better to hear back sooner, at the very least by when you tell someone you will let them know. Especially for students who need internships, they can't sit around and wait to hear back. It would just be appreciated if BSE had let me know sooner.

I applied online in March and then got a phone interview 2 weeks after. The recruiter was nice and helpful. I later called and asked why I didn't get the job and he walked me through the process. Basically they pick X amount of people from the online resumes and give about 10 applicants a phone call. From that 10, they pick 1 to do an actual interview with. If they don't like that person for whatever reason then they go back to the now 9 applicants and the process starts again. I was pleasantly surprised that he walked me through the process, usually recruiters just ignore you altogether, so this was a nice change.

Be sure to ask questions too, like about the company culture and any growth opportunities. And definitely show how you use a consultive selling approach.
