First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Borden Dairy.
Financial Analyst
I applied via LinkedIn and the company website. A couple weeks went by, so I called HR about the open position. The HR lady was nice. I had a phone interview with her and then an in-person interview was scheduled for the next week. After a few weeks of rescheduling for different reasons, I had another phone interview, this time with the VP of Finance. It went well and they said I'd hear back soon, but it's been a month and I haven't gotten any calls or emails about the status.

Route Sales Delivery Driver
We started with a group phone interview with two supervisors and the HR manager. Then, we had an in-person interview with the same folks. They discussed it and then called back with their decision. After that, there was an immediate drug test and a really thorough physical agility test called a "poet" test before I was officially hired.
- Can you handle starting work very early in the morning?
Lab Technician
I saw an ad on Monster and applied online, and then I got called for an interview. I met with the HR and the Lab manager, and they were both super nice and made me feel comfortable. We walked around the lab and the rest of the facility, and I got to meet some of the other people who work here.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
Supervisor
Went through 3 different interviews. The process was really smooth and the people were really cordial. This company offers a substantial benefits package. They made the whole thing easier by thoroughly explaining the whole process, beginning to end.
