First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Boost Mobile.
Product Manager
It was pretty straightforward, with 6 interviews in total. It started with a recruiter screening. Then I had to complete some tests before meeting the hiring manager. After that, I went through a few interview rounds with different managers.
- Can you share an instance where you faced challenges launching a new product and how you navigated them?
Website Administrator
The interview process involved an initial video call with the hiring manager, followed by an in-person interview with various managers. The in-person part was initially planned as a single meeting with everyone, but due to scheduling conflicts, it was split into two separate meetings with different groups.
- If you were to change anything about the current website, what would it be?
Instructional Designer
Went through 3 assessments and six different interviews, even though it was supposed to be 3 interviewers. It was the worst interviewing experience I’ve ever had. Communication was terrible. Lots of red flags like stupid assessments, disengaged interviewers, and I was ghosted when trying to negotiate after a verbal offer.
- How many windows are in Denver?
Creative Project Manager
I applied for the Creative Project Manager role and had an initial phone screen with the recruiter. They said I'd be moving on to the next interviews. Then they told me the position was cancelled and would be changed to a different role. About a month later, the same recruiter contacted me saying the position was back on. When I asked for more info, they ghosted me. I followed up a few more times but still heard nothing. Very disappointing.
