First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Boon-Chapman.
Account Executive
I went through 4 separate interviews over a 5 month period. They told me I was almost there, but then I heard nothing for 3 weeks. Finally, I got an email saying they picked someone else who was recommended last minute.
- What's your approach to managing challenging clients?
Account Manager
I applied online and got a call the next day to schedule an interview, but it wasn't for the job I applied for. They wanted me for a different role, even though my skills seemed more suited for the original one. I was open to it if they thought I'd be a better fit elsewhere in the company. I had one interview, but the people interviewing me didn't seem very professional, and they never offered me an interview for the job I actually applied for.
- Can you describe a challenging client interaction you've had?
- What's your approach when a client's requirements don't match what we offer?
- Give an example of when you had to convince someone who was doubtful.
Customer Service Representative
The application process was very easy. You just apply online and they email you back very quickly. This is a great company to work for and has great benefits. They have many different departments that are on-site and remote.
- Could you please tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Eligibility Specialist
The interview process went well. They asked me questions about my experience with Excel and any customer service and data entry background I had. I got an offer the same day.
- How do you organize your day when managing a heavy workload?
