I had an initial chat with the recruiter, then a technical interview with one of the engineers. Everyone was super friendly and asked good questions. The interviewers seemed to know exactly what they were looking for and what topics each interview would cover. A couple days after the technical interview, I got an email saying my technical background wasn't a good match.
