First, submit your resume and apply. Then, you'll take a 40-minute assessment with math, simulation, and basic skill questions. If you pass the assessment, you move on to the interview process, if you get called back. It's pretty much guaranteed you'll get behavioral questions in any job interview! They want to see how you've handled situations and how you'd react if they came up. It's been a while since I interviewed, so I Googled "behavioral interview questions & answers" and it made me feel way more comfortable. Good luck! Still waiting to hear back, but this site helped me find the job and info, so I wanna pay it forward!

Product Manager
I applied online and then got an email from HR to set up an initial phone interview with the hiring manager. The phone interview was pretty standard, with background questions and a few scenario questions. They told me on the phone interview that they wanted to bring me in, so after the call, I waited a day or so for HR to get back to me to set up the in-person interview. The in-person was 5 half hours in a row with the hiring manager and peers, as well as a couple of people currently in the role.
- Can you share an example of a project that didn't go as planned?
- Describe the circumstances that led to that outcome.
- Explain how you managed to improve the situation.
Contact Center Manager
It was a bit drawn out but pretty smooth. First, I had a detailed phone interview. Then, I did a lengthy online assessment. After that, I interviewed with the recruiter. Finally, I had my second interview with the contact center director and HR Manager. I did question the relevance of some of the components of the online assessment.
- When assembling furniture, do you follow the instructions or assemble it without them?
Manager
The interview process was good, with phone interviews. I interviewed with the hiring manager and the interview went well. I was interested in the position, but the opening was delayed. There was great transparency throughout the process. I would recommend applying and interviewing if they have an opening.
- Can you tell me about your previous experiences?
