The interview process was good and relevant. It had three rounds: a technical round, a business case round that was directly related to the job, and a final round about fitting in with the company. Most of the rounds involved case studies that assessed how you solve problems and your technical skills. The discussions were straightforward. The main things they looked at were your problem-solving approach and if it matched the company's values. It's a good idea to read up on the company's values and culture before you go.

First, I had a quick chat with HR. Then, she sent me a link for a 30-minute multiple-choice test covering machine learning and regression concepts. After passing that, I had another phone interview with two data scientists. They asked me to talk about one of my previous projects and asked lots of questions about it. Finally, I went for an on-site interview. The on-site had three parts: first, I had to present a paper they sent me three days prior and answer questions. Then, there were two more interviews, each with two data scientists. In these, they presented a question, and we worked through solving it (like an ML question solved with logistic regression).
