- Many behavioral questions were asked.
Account Executive
So the interview process had a total of 4 rounds. It started with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and then I had interviews with some of the local account managers. After the last interview, they told me there'd be a delay in their response about the offer, which I was fine with. But then, a month later, the recruiter said it was still taking time, and another month passed. Now the recruiter has basically ghosted me. It's super unprofessional and rude, especially considering how much time I put into the interview process.
- How do your current job skills translate to this new role?
- Is a 20% travel commitment acceptable for you?
Account Executive
It was a three-part interview process. The first was a 30-minute video call with a recruiter to get acquainted and see if I was a good fit for the job. The second was a 60-minute video call with my future manager and another team member, involving a short personal introduction and a Q&A session. The final step was a 60-minute video call with the hiring manager and a regional manager, which included a business case discussion, a role-playing exercise, and more questions.
- Given these customer profiles, how would you plan your sales activities?
- What's your preference: individual or team sales goals?
- How would you plan out your day-to-day tasks?
