I went through 4 rounds for the Growth Marketing Manager role. They reached out in early September, and it wrapped up in mid-November, so a 2 month process for a non-managing role. I felt like I was asked the same questions repeatedly in interviews that went over 2 hours long, with a lot of different people asking the same things. There was a take-home project that I'm not sure was even reviewed. I asked about it a few times, but they changed the subject. After 4 rounds of long interviews and the take-home, I was told I didn't get the job. I found out later it seems no one was hired for the role. It's disappointing knowing they hired no one and the process was probably just a formality.

The team was friendly, but the interview process dragged on for about 2 to 2.5 months, partly because responses took a while. There were four interview rounds: an initial chat, a take-home task involving data manipulation, a 2.4-hour meeting with four interviewers, and finally a 3-hour meeting also with four people. I had to take time off work for these interviews. The questions weren't super hard, but the whole process was just too long, which made it a bad experience. They didn't offer me the job, saying my experience wasn't what they were after, which was odd since they knew my background going in. It felt like a waste of my time, or they were unsure of what they needed until the very end.

It was a really nice and friendly chat, they were understanding. There were 3 parts to it. First, a phone call that was super chill. Then, I had to do a written assignment where I wrote a mock email response. Finally, there was a long 3-hour interview with 8 people from the team.

Interviews were quite long, with three different interviewers. It felt like I was answering the same questions over and over. The interviews were also scheduled back-to-back, which I think splitting them up would have been better. It seemed like a lot for an entry-level job that doesn't pay much.
