Behavioral Technical Presentation
The interview process was really comprehensive and well-thought-out. It involved a lot of effort on my part, but it was a great opportunity to learn about the company and the team, and for them to get to know me too. It started with an introductory behavioral call with a recruiter, followed by a call with the director of product where they asked product-focused questions. Then, there was a product project that required a presentation, and finally, an in-person "super day" which was mostly behavioral interviews.

The process moved very quickly at first. I had a screening interview, 2 interviews with the director, 1 interview with a manager, followed by a project. I spent many hours on this project which I then presented. I then had to follow up this project with revisions. I was then asked to do a 2nd project and have a 5th interview to review it. It was a lot of work over the course of 7 weeks. The team seemed nice and I was excited about the role but it was a very taxing experience to go through 5-6 rounds of interviews plus 2 projects to then not be offered the role.
