The HR team was responsive, and the hiring manager was attentive during the interview. The questions were fairly basic but led to a good discussion. There were no trick questions; honesty and openness were key. It’s important to think carefully about the questions you want to ask.

It was a 2-stage interview process. First, I met with HR for a standard chat about my background, experience, and salary expectations. Then, I had a second interview with a store manager where I was asked a lot of very basic technical questions, more like an exam than for a job.

I applied for the Sales Assistant role on fashion jobs, and got an email from HR a few days later. They asked me to come to Harrods for an interview with the store manager. The interview went great and they offered me the job on the spot. The store manager mentioned a store approval within a few days. After that, they ghosted me. I sent emails to two different HR contacts, but never got a reply. It was really unprofessional, especially for a brand like Bonpoint. I guess they found someone better and didn't want to tell me since they'd already offered me the job. Really poor management. Good thing I don't have to work there!

I applied online via a luxury retail website, submitting my resume and cover letter. About two weeks later, HR contacted me via email to schedule an interview with the Store Manager. The interview itself was a positive and pleasant experience. A few days after that, they called to inform me that I had been successful and would be starting in the role within days.
