The interview process felt a bit chaotic and all over the place. They changed the schedule on me once, and then I talked to a bunch of different managers. The chats didn't really have a clear direction and didn't focus much on what the job actually is. Some of the questions felt way too personal and not about the work, which was kinda weird. After the interviews, nobody got back to me, and I never heard anything. It made me wonder about how things are run there, the vibe, and how the leaders operate.

All my interviews were one on one and in person, but some questions felt a little too personal. The interview with the CEO was supposed to be over the phone, but they were late and then had to cut it short, so they asked to reschedule for later that day to finish up.
