Behavioral Technical

The interview process was smooth, structured, and professional. Each stage was clearly communicated, and the interviewers were respectful and engaging. I appreciated the focus on both technical skills and cultural fit, which made the experience feel balanced and fair.

I had a screener call that felt patronizing, where the interviewer kept talking about how much "everybody grinds" and it seemed more like a flex than an actual interview. After that, I was ghosted.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process involved three initial rounds: one with HR and two with the hiring team. HR initially managed communication and scheduling, but the hiring managers took over via email, leading to some disorganization and several reschedules. Despite the scheduling hiccups, I completed the remaining video interviews with the team over about three weeks. The final step was an in-person interview. While the interviews themselves went well, and I even prepared for a simulation exercise, I never received an update after the final interview, even after following up multiple times. It felt like my time was not valued, and I was ultimately ghosted, which was disappointing given my initial impression of the company.

Behavioral Other

I submitted my application online. They replied the following day and scheduled an interview after I completed an online questionnaire. The interview itself was brief and underwhelming. It seemed the founder believed they could assess a person's character without asking pertinent questions, expecting candidates to boast about their achievements concisely. The office environment was quite pleasant, and the staff were friendly, but the interview process was disappointing. My follow-up email went unanswered.
