IT Associate
It was a 3 round interview process, but after the final round they just ghosted. Total waste of time for everyone involved, the whole thing took about a month before they decided to stop responding.

Usually starts with a phone screen, then moves to a video interview. You'll get to meet the vice president, your potential supervisor, and a senior team member. They ask pretty standard questions, like why you're interested in this field.

Had a quick Zoom interview. It was about 30 minutes long and I spoke a lot. One of the mid-level employees at the company interviewed me. They were really friendly and shared a lot of info about the company and the role.
