First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bonaventure.
Architectural Designer
The interview process was pretty straightforward and easy overall. There was just one interview, and then they moved on to discussing the offer. What I didn't like was that they pushed me to make a decision quickly, which was tough since I had other offers I was considering from different places.
- What are your professional development goals?
Associate
Had a preliminary phone screening first. Then met in person with the hiring manager. The manager chose my resume to interview but seemed unhappy I wasn't a better match. I was also disappointed not to hear back either way. They required vaccines.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What prompted you to leave your previous position?
Director
This was a 45-minute conversational interview. The main goal was to confirm and expand on my resume details to understand me better as a person, and also to talk about the team and the company culture. They mentioned they are growing and really want to find people who will grow along with them.
- Tell me about your character.
- How do you fit into our culture?
- Tell me about your experience.
Product Manager
The interview process was really informative, diligent, and thorough. I met with several current employees over multiple rounds. The recruiters were kind and very positive. I liked the company's passion and focus on change.
- Could you tell me about your core values?
