Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BonaDent.
Dental Technician
It was pretty quick. I got called in, met the hiring manager for the role I wanted, and he said he'd let me know. A few days later, I was invited back for another interview. I met with some other managers and chatted briefly with the team. The next day, they asked me when I could start.
- A technical question was asked, along with questions about your home life and previous job experience.
Dental Technician
It took me ages to even get a call back for this position, and I had to keep trying to get hired. If I had realized what a clique-like atmosphere I was walking into, I would have never accepted the offer. I would recommend staying away from this place!
- What are your hobbies?
Dental Technician
They really treated me well, like a VIP. It started with a phone call with some really professional people. They paid for my flight and hotel to their main office. Someone even acted like a personal assistant, handling all the travel stuff. When I got there, an employee picked me up from the airport, and they made a fantastic first impression. It was a bit nerve-wracking because the lab is just stunning and super professional, but honestly, everyone I met made an effort to make me feel comfortable in every single conversation.
- Could you share your reasons for seeking a new position?
- What specific skills or areas do you consider yourself proficient in?
- Are there any areas where you feel you could improve or are less skilled?
